Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are between NAVIG8 Digital (hereinafter referred to as “NAVIG8”) and you (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) for the provision of digital marketing services and related support.

1. Services Provided:

​

NAVIG8 will deliver the following services as outlined in these terms:

  • Google Business Profile Optimisation (Local SEO)

  • Website SEO

  • Review Management

  • Web Design

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Google Ads

NAVIG8 will utilise targeted keywords, strategies, and best practices to enhance the search engine ranking, visibility, and performance of the Client’s online presence.

2. Fees and Payment:

​

  • Fees for services are determined by the selected package or service scope. GST is excluded in prices shown on www.navig8.nz.

  • Payments are due monthly unless otherwise agreed. Non-payment beyond 14 days may result in service suspension.

  • Google Ads: Ad spend costs are additional and must be prepaid or billed directly to the Client’s account.

  • Written notice of termination must be sent to info@navig8.nz.

3. Purpose of Services:

​

NAVIG8’s services aim to:

  • Improve search engine rankings and online visibility.

  • Drive relevant traffic to the Client’s business listings and website.

  • Enhance online reputation through review management.

  • Promote Client’s business via targeted ads and social media.

4. Scope of Services:

​

a. Local SEO:

  • Keyword research and optimisation of Google Business Profile.

  • Backlink building and monthly performance reports.

  • Optimise 5 keywords

  • Weekly Google Business Profile updates, including image geotagging and EXIF data optimisation and posts.

b. Website SEO:

  • On-page SEO (meta tags, keywords, content optimisation).

  • Technical SEO (site speed, mobile-friendliness, indexing).

  • Content recommendations and backlink strategies.

  • Backlink/citation submissions.

c. Review Management:

  • Assistance in obtaining and managing reviews.

  • Monitoring and reporting on reviews.

  • Compliance with platform review policies.

d. Web Design:

  • Custom website design and development.

  • Approval and revision processes.

  • Ownership of design files upon final payment.

e. Social Media Marketing:

  • Content creation, scheduling, and posting.

  • Ad campaign management and performance reports.

  • Client responsibility for ad spend.

f. Google Ads:

  • Campaign setup, management, and optimisation.

  • Budget management and monthly performance reports.

  • Client responsibility for ad spend payments.

5. Client Responsibilities:

​

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide access to Google Business Profile, website backend, and ad accounts.

  • Approve content for social media and ads promptly.

  • Maintain valid payment methods for ad spend.

  • Supply necessary branding materials or approve those created by NAVIG8.

​

​

6. Acknowledgments and Limitations:

​

The Client acknowledges that:

  • Search Engine Algorithms: Rankings may fluctuate due to algorithm changes beyond NAVIG8’s control.

  • Review Policies: NAVIG8 cannot alter or remove reviews on third-party platforms.

  • Ad Performance: Google Ads performance cannot be guaranteed due to variables like competition and audience behaviour.

  • No Liability for Third-Party Actions: NAVIG8 is not liable for actions by Google, Facebook, or other platforms affecting service outcomes.

7. Guarantee:

​

Local SEO:

  • Maps Legend: Top 10 positions for one keyword in your local area within 60 days or full refund of the Maps Legend package.

  • Maps Legend Pro: Top 3 positions for one keyword in your local area within 90 days or full refund of the Maps Legend Pro package.

Website SEO, Social Media, and Google Ads:

  • No performance guarantees due to external factors. Best practices and continuous optimisation will be applied.

8. Verification Process:

​

  • Begins when NAVIG8 receives access to required accounts or verification PINs.

  • Delays caused by the Client or third parties are outside NAVIG8’s control.

​

​

9. Refunds and Cancellations:

​

  • Refunds apply only if guarantees are unmet and payments are current.

  • Setup Fees are non-refundable.

  • Ad spend is non-refundable once campaigns are live.

  • Cancellation requires written notice to hayden@navig8.nz.

10. Reporting and Communication:

​

  • Monthly performance reports will be sent to the Client’s email.

  • NAVIG8 will notify the Client of key updates via email.

​

​

11. Ownership and Intellectual Property:

​

  • Client retains ownership of provided materials (text, images, logos).

  • NAVIG8 retains ownership of web design, content, and ad campaigns until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, ownership is transferred to the Client.

​

12. Amendments to Terms:

​

  • NAVIG8 reserves the right to update these terms. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on www.navig8.nz.
